Semaglutide FDA approved

  • Ozempic or Wegovy Prescription

Laboratory Test (Included in plan)

To ensure a safe and effective treatment journey, we require a comprehensive set of blood tests to prescribe Ozempic or Wegovy. These tests help us understand your current health status and monitor your progress over time. 

The blood tests include:

  • Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP) to assess kidney and liver function.
  • Lipid Panel to measure cholesterol and triglyceride levels.
  • Thyroid Panel to check thyroid function.
  • A1C test to determine your average blood sugar over the past few months.


These initial tests will help establish a baseline for key health markers, ensure adequate organ function, and assess your suitability for medication.

Schedule a Consultation

Complete a health questionnaire to establish eligibility. Then schedule a teleconsult with the provider.

 

Meet the Provider

Our Nurse Practitioner will conduct a comprehensive review of your health profile, including your medical history, current medications, weight, and BMI. This information will be used to develop a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs.

  • Once your treatment plan is confirmed, we’ll schedule your blood work (if not current) at a convenient lab and time. Results are typically available within 72 hours of collection. 
  • After reviewing your lab results, your prescription will be sent directly to your preferred pharmacy.


Start your Treatment

You will receive a prescription for a one-month supply of Semaglutide, administered as a once-weekly injection. All necessary medications and supplies will be shipped safely and directly to you.

Bloodwork is Required and Included in your Plan

Blood work is included with your treatment plan.

To ensure your body is ready to safely and effectively use Semaglutide (or similar injections), we require baseline blood work completed within the last three months.

  • If you have recent lab results available, you can scan them directly to the provider. If not, we can easily help you schedule the necessary blood work at a local lab at no additional cost to you.
