Our telehealth acute care visits are designed to give you quick answers and the right treatment, right when you need it. Getting care early can make a big difference: it helps you heal faster, avoid complications, and feel more at ease.
What we see
Upper Respiratory Infections
Experiencing symptoms such as a runny nose, a stuffy nose, body aches, tiredness, congestion, and cough.
- We can offer test for COVID-19, Influenza A/B, and RSV during an in-person visit.
Strep Throat
Experiencing symptoms such as severe sore throat, fever, headache, and painful swallowing.
- In-person visit only for throat swab Strep test confirmation
Ear Infections
Intense pressure and pain in the ears
- In-person visit only for visualization confirmation
Urinary Tract Infection
Must have had a history of UTI and be assigned female at birth.
Minor Skin Reactions
Bug bites, skin infections, poison ivy/oak and ring worm.
Seasonal Allergies
Experiencing recurrent seasonal allergy symptoms, which may impact the eyes, nose, sinuses and skin.
Acute Nausea/Vomiting
Without significant abdominal pain
Pink Eye/Conjunctivitis
Experiencing symptoms of the eyes such as redness, itching, burning, eye discharge, and crusting of the eye(s).
Cold Sore or Genital Herpes Treatment
Acute Minor Illness visit
Through a secure video consultation, you and the provider will review your complete medical history and current symptoms. This ensures the provider can create a treatment plan specifically for you.
After you receive your treatment plan and the consultation is complete, your prescription will be sent to the pharmacy of your choice. You can then pick up your prescription at your chosen pharmacy, usually within 1- 4 hours.
